About the Artist

Carim's Nahaboo's art work draws inspiration from the Natural World; from direct scientific reference material, to conceptual and fantasy pieces – often based on insect life, exploring the obscure and darker sides of nature and the seemingly unnatural events which take place within it. A strong grounding in the real world provides a foundation for the imagined worlds, creatures and characters Carim creates.
